Built for the people who actually use their gear.

CNK offers custom fabrication, repairs, small-batch OEM production, and laser work, all handled in-house, from concept to completion. No middlemen, no minimums, no shortcuts. If you carry it, wear it, or depend on it, we can build it, fix it, or make it better.

  • You have an idea for something that doesn't exist yet, or something that exists but doesn't work the way you need it to. That's where CNK starts. Whether it's a pouch sized for a specific radio, a chest rig laid out for a non-standard loadout, or a bag built around the way you actually work, we design and build from scratch using military-spec materials and construction techniques. We work directly with you from the first conversation through final product. Most projects start with a conversation and a sketch. From there we develop a prototype, refine it with your input, and build the final piece to your specifications.

What this looks like in practice: Custom MOLLE configurations, unique carry solutions, one-off prototypes, gear built around a specific mission or workflow.

How to get started: Reach out thru the contact page with a description of what you need. No formal specs required — a sketch, a photo of something similar, or just a clear explanation of the problem you're trying to solve is enough to start the conversation.

  • Good gear is worth fixing. CNK handles repairs and modifications on tactical equipment, load-bearing gear, bags, packs, and apparel, the kind of work that most shops won't touch and most owners don't know is even possible.

This includes buckle and hardware replacement, webbing repairs, zipper replacement, MOLLE reconstruction, strap modifications, and structural reinforcement on gear that's taken hard use. We also do alterations and modifications to existing pieces. Adjusting fit, adding attachment points, changing out hardware, or rebuilding a section entirely.

We accept work from customers in Colorado and out of state. For out-of-state repairs, we'll communicate by email or phone to assess the project before you ship anything, so you know what you're getting into before it costs you postage. All Garments must be Cleaned before shipping.

What this looks like in practice: Field-worn plate carriers, damaged rucksacks, blown-out zippers on kit bags, hardware swaps on duty belts, modifications to issued gear.

How to get started: Contact us with photos of the item and a description of the damage or modification needed. We'll give you an honest assessment of whether it's worth repairing and what it will cost before any work begins.

  • CNK specializes in small-batch cut-and-sew production for two types of customers: Brands that want to add a new item to their product line without committing to large factory minimums, and Teams and Units that need a run of purpose-built gear for a specific operational requirement.

Factory production typically starts at 500 units per style. We don't work that way. If your team needs 15 radio pouches for a new platform, or your brand wants to test a new product with an initial run of 50, that's exactly the kind of work we do. Flexible minimums mean you're not forced to order more than you need or shelve a good idea because the numbers don't scale yet.

Every production run uses the same mil-spec materials and construction standards as our custom one-off work. Quality doesn't change with quantity.

Lead times are project-dependent — complexity, quantity, and current workload all factor in. When you contact us, we'll give you a specific expected completion date or check-in timeline as part of the initial conversation. No vague estimates.

What this looks like in practice: Unit-specific requirements fulfilled, accessory pouches for new equipment platform, branded gear for a small outfitter, prototype runs before committing to larger production.

How to get started: Contact us with your project details — item type, quantity, any spec requirements, and your timeline. We'll follow up to discuss feasibility, materials, and pricing.

  • CNK operates a 60W CO2 laser used primarily for in-house production and prototyping work — precision cutting of fabrics, webbing, and flat materials that require clean edges and exact repeatability.

For external projects, we offer personalization and engraving work on compatible materials. This includes leather goods, wood, coated metals, and select synthetics. If you want a name, unit identifier, logo, or custom design engraved on a personal item, we can work with you on it.

Every laser project requires creating or converting a file to a format compatible with our system and dialing in settings for your specific material. That prep work is part of what you're paying for, done right the 1st time.

A note on materials: Not every material is safe or suitable for laser work. If you're unsure whether your item is a candidate, ask us before assuming. We'll tell you straight.

What this looks like in practice: Personalized leather patches, engraved wooden knife handles or gun stocks, unit asset marking, custom logo work on compatible substrates.

How to get started: Contact us with a description of the material, the design or text you want engraved, and dimensions. For logo work, a vector file (AI, SVG, or DXF) is ideal but not required — we can work from a high-resolution image in most cases.
